Can You Smell What WWE Is Cooking?

A brand split on the cards?

Ever since Shane McMahon came into WWE picture, every single fan wanted him to run Monday Night RAW. For that dream to come true Vince McMahon dropped a WrestleMania main event featuring Shane O'Mac & the mighty Undertaker.

Though the chairman said if Shane wins he gets control of the show but the world witnessed a exactly opposite scenario. Shane lost, but interestingly the night after WrestleMania he was put in charge of RAW! This made fans in the arena jump off their seats. That truly was amazing.

Now that he is running the show, which he originally wanted, for 3 consecutive weeks. People really are quite happy to see him bring new talents every week, new signings & some good set of matches. Now, the big question arises what happens when The Authority shows up? A simple answer is chaos!

This surely means WWE is trying to split it's roster into two different segments by clashing The Authority & Shane. As a result RAW should normally be run by Shane O'Mac as the fans want & control of SmackDown may be vested on The Authority's shoulder. For this thing to show up in the coming weeks the company will start some kind of storyline leading to some kind of a match in some PPV.

WWE split it's brand back in 2002 and continued it successfully till 2011. Since it's ending, although RAW is tremendously popular but it's supporting brand SmackDown is losing its popularity. Now it's just a show of recaps of RAW. People really don't need to watch SmackDown to stay with the storyline.

So, it does makes sense for WWE to split it roster & shift few big names to SmackDown with their own storyline & even their own titles. This brand split is surely inevitable!
