CM Punk Shirt takes a jab at Hogan, Connor's Cure one year later, Wyatt and Rollins teamup, more

A new CM Punk Shirt took a jibe on Hogan claiming it is coming for him

Pro Wrestling Tees has issued a brand new Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks inspired CM Punk shirt. The shirt, called “Hulk Hogan, We Comin’ For You,” came about after the Blackhawks won the NHL’s Stanley Cup last night, by beating the Tampa Bay Lightning, backed by Hogan.

Punk and Hogan had gotten into a ‘war of words’ of sorts on social media while hyping the series; the shirt title also comes from Booker T’s infamous WCW promo flub where he slipped in referencing Hulk Hogan. Below is a graphic for the shirt, which does not actually have Hogan’s name on it:

A year back WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon and WWE Executive Vice President of Talent, Creative and Live Events, Paul “Triple H” Levesque formed “Connor’s Cure,” a charity that they have personally funded through Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation and named in honor of Pittsburgh native Connor Michalek.

Connor passed away at age 8 earlier this year from Medulloblastoma, a rare tumor that affects the brain and spinal cord. Donations to Connor’s Cure will provide funds for pediatric brain and spinal cancer research, and medical care for children and their families.

Stephanie took to Twitter to reveal that Connor’s Cure charity has raised more than $550,000 in its first year and has provided 62 children with clinical trails and aid to 30 families. She tweeted:

The dark main event after tonight’s SmackDown tapings in Buffalo saw Bray Wyatt and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins team up to take on Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. In spite of their formidable pairing, they were not successful in coming out on top as Reigns and Ambrose picked up the win.

WWE will return to the First Niagara Center in Buffalo, NY on Monday, September 28th for a live RAW.
