With the help of good friend Punk, Ryron and Rener analyse the technique behind Luke Rockhold’s one-handed submission victory over Michael Bisping from Friday’s UFC Fight Night 55 on Novermber 7th.

They enact the move and talk about why the choke was so tight and why Bisping reacted the way he did, and also provided ways in which one can get themselves out of it, if held in the same spot. Friday’s main event saw Rockhold catch Bisping in a one-handed guillotine choke which forced the Brit to give up after just 57 seconds had passed in the second round.
