Earlier this month, it was revealed that Brie Bella and Smackdown general manager Daniel Bryan were expecting their first child in Spring 2017. Just a few hours ago, Brie took to Instagram to post a picture of herself and Bryan celebrating by popping pink confetti and confirmed that it was going to be a baby girl.
“Couldn't be happier to bring a little girl into our lives!!!! she's already stealing her Daddy's heart!!!” wrote the former WWE Divas Champion. Since then, wishes have flooded in from all quarters congratulating the couple and expressing happiness about another girl making her way into the Bella family.
Brie Bella spoke to E! News about this wonderful development and said:
“When I found out it was a girl I actually got really emotional. I have such an amazing relationship with my mom and I think, wow, I'm going to have that with my daughter. Also as a woman I now have my own blood to follow my legacy. It's such a special feeling! My mini me!"
Daniel Bryan, too, couldn’t hide his excitement about the news and said:
“I'm so excited we're having a little girl. I'm sure that, just like her mother, she's going to steal my heart.”
Bryan and Brie got engaged back in September 2013 and tied the knot a few months later in April 2014.
The couple currently stars in E!’s reality TV show, Total Bellas, alongside Brie’s sister Nikki Bella and her boyfriend, WWE superstar John Cena. The show premiered on 5th October 2016 and has already completed 3 episodes so far.
