WWE News: Dean Ambrose messes up at WWE live event

The Lunatic Fringe’s actions sent the crowd in splits

Dean Ambrose is undoubtedly one of the most popular superstars in the WWE at present and is known for his freakish tendencies inside the squared circle. At a recent WWE live event, though, Ambrose performed a major goof-up while in the ring with AJ Styles and James Ellsworth.

‘The Lunatic Fringe’ has been engaged in an exciting feud with Styles for quite some time now and the inclusion of James Ellsworth has made it all the more interesting. During the event, the WWE World Champion was about to hit Ellsworth with a steel chair even as the latter begged for mercy.

Ambrose, who had been lying on the mat after apparently being hit by AJ Styles, got up on his feet with an intention of snatching the chair from the Phenomenal One’s hands. However, he failed to grab it on the first attempt and was left waving his hands wildly in the air as Styles moved forward.

The former WWE World champion finally managed to get hold of the chair, allowing James Ellsworth to superkick ‘The Champ That Runs the Camp’ which was followed by Dirty Deeds by Ambrose on Styles.

Some of the fans watching the event could be heard giggling in the background as Dean Ambrose committed his epic botch. Here is a video of the incident posted by the Internet Wrestling Community on their Facebook page:

At the Survivor Series, though, Ambrose and Styles would need to keep their differences aside for a night as they will be representing the SmackDown Live men’s team in their 5-on-5 tag-team match against Team Raw.

The duo combined well with the other 3 members of their team as they invaded this Monday’s episode of Raw despite the fact that the red brand’s team managed to gain a slight upper hand over them. Below is a video of the Raw-SmackDown confrontation which set up their Survivor Series battle:
