WWE News: Updated lineup for NXT's Japan tour

WWE’s developmental brand NXT will be soon heading to the "Land of the Rising Sun". NXT will be making its live debut in front of the Japanese audience on the 3rd of December. WWE announced the returns of Japenese legend Tajiri (who wrestled in the Cruiserweight Classic) and Hideo Itami.

The currently advertised card for the live event is as follows:

1.) Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Samoa Joe for the NXT Championship2.) Tye Dillinger vs. Bobby Roode vs. Elias Samson 3.) Johnny Gargano-Tommaso Ciampa aka #DIY vs. Tajiri and Tozawa4.) Tino Sabbatelli and Riddick Moss vs. Dash and Dawson aka The Revival 5.) Oney Lorcan vs. Andrade “Cien” Almas6.) Liv Morgan and Aliyah vs. Peyton Royce and Billie Kay

Also, slated to appear at the event are:

1.) Asuka2.) Shane Thorne and Nick Miller aka TM-613.) Buddy Murphy4.) Ember Moon5.) Wesley Blake6.) Hideo Itami

Akira Tozawa now known as Tozawa will be making his NXT debut in front of the Japanese audience. Tozawa was last seen in the Cruiserweight Classic in which Tozawa defeated Kenneth Johnson in the first round match.

Tozawa defeated Jack Gallagher in the second round match but lost to Gran Metalik in the Quarterfinals.

Later in September it was announced that Tozawa would be joining the cruiserweight division on Monday Night RAW. Tozawa has also been announced for the new cruiserweight-focused show 205 Live.
