WWE News: Sin Cara comments on Chris Jericho wearing his mask

Jericho showed up on the main event of RAW wearing Sin Cara’s mask

This week’s edition of RAW provided some exhilarating action with the no disqualification main event grabbing the spotlight. Despite the match being good, it was the unique interference by Jericho wearing Sin Cara’s mask that caught everyone’s attention.

Here is what the high-flying star had to say about it:

Jericho had earlier made it clear through Twitter that the mask was a sign of respect. Here is his tweet:

Jericho also commented on his podcast that the mask was lent by Sin Cara himself and that there was no bad blood between them at all, he was quoted as saying:

“Sin Cara’s a great guy, he’s a good friend of mine, and he actually lent me that mask”

Sin Cara is having a rough time after apparently being ‘exiled’ by the officials of the WWE. According to wrestlinginc.com, the masked wrestler had to drive himself to the tapings in Buffalo rather than joining his fellow colleagues on WWE’s chartered flight.

To make matters worse, he is also not being allowed to change in the regular locker room and has to use the ‘extras’ room instead.

This is not the first instance where Sin Cara has been accused of fighting with his colleagues, he was also involved in a backstage brawl with fellow WWE Superstar Simon Gotch, during the WWE Draft this July.

Sin Cara has not been able to reach his full potential during his time with the WWE and with mounting backstage issues, the road only looks to get bumpier for him in the future.
