Today's main event on RAW saw Chris Jericho battling it out against The Architect, Seth Rollins to earn a slot at Hell In A Cell in a triple threat match for the Universal Championship. It was a cracker of a match with Jericho's best friend, Kevin Owens getting involved too.
However, Owens' kick on the apron didn't help much and Rollins eventually pinned Jericho after the latter tried to reverse a pedigree. After the televised end, Kevin Owens and Jericho were ready to deliver a dual thrashing when Sami Zayn ran out to save Seth.
Sami and Owens exchanged rapid blows till the champion was out of the ring. Jericho remained, but he too was taken care off with a clothesline and rammed into a corner. But, Owens came back to seize the opportunity and delivered a smashing superkick to Zayn.
Rollins, who was in the other corner superkicked The Universal Champion and ultimately finished him with a pedigree. As Rollins' music was played on the PA, the two looked at each other but did not shake hands.

The next RAW PPV, Hell In A Cell will be live from Boston, Massachusetts on October 30th and will see the first ever women's division Hell In A Cell match between Sasha Banks and Charlotte for the Women's Championship.
The updated match card reads as follows now, all the matches that have been announced till now will be fought inside 'The Devil's Favourite Playground'
