Possible opponents for Cesaro after Elimination Chamber

Cesaro has somewhat been on the receiving end of a good push. Not only has he challenged for the WWE world heavyweight title in the elimination chamber, he has also beaten Randy Orton clean. His match against Cena, last week on Monday night was also of top quality. Add to that a more than decent showing at the Chamber and Cesaro certainly looks like a well booked upcoming star.

This article deals with three prospects that Cesaro has in the coming months leading to Wrestlemania.

1. Feud with Jack Swagger:

Cesaro Jack Swagger

Cesaro could turn on Jack Swagger to start an interesting feud

Before Swagger won the Fatal Four way for the number one contender for the intercontinental championship, he was seldom projected as the weak link in the Real Americans Team. He was even on the receiving end of a slap from Zeb Colter. It is easy enough to see the former World Heavyweight Champion turning on the Swiss Superstar come Wrestlemania.

Seeing which side Zeb hangs on would be interesting. But given the added Dimension he brings in, Zeb would probably side with Cesaro.

2. Challenging Big E for the Intercontinental Championship:

Big E Cesaro

Big E Langston needs a strong challenger for his title

Another talent who had been pushed well was Big E- well before he ran out of opponents that is. Big E had a good solid match with swagger at Elimination Chamber. He established himself well as the holder of the prestigious Intercontinental championship.

Given the fact that Swagger, who is a teammate of Cesaro, came up short recently, Zeb may weight in for a match between the other member of the Real Americans for the Intercontinental Championship. With the prestige of the Intercontinental Championship along with the in ring talents of both Cesaro and Big E, it would be a great match at Mania.

3. Turning Face:

Cesaro has some really good moves going his way. He receives a good enough pop from the crowd. His European Uppercuts and the very famous Cesaro swing are way over with the crowd. Even the neutralizer has become a good finisher. Add to that the aggression and athleticism that Cesaro brings in. It may therefore be a good time for him to turn face and then get a push.
