Reason for The Dudleys' loss at Hell in a Cell, plans for The Usos, morale backstage in the WWE

The Dudleys won’t be tag champs in the near future?

- The Dudleys, who came back to the WWE a couple of months ago, and have been entangled in a feud with the current WWE tag champs The New Day ever since. The lengthy nature of the feud and the dusty finishes at the following PPVs led to speculations that The Dudleys were due for a run with the title.

However, at Sunday’s Hell in a Cell PPV, they lost clean to the New Day and it seems like the plans have changed for the team.

We noted how the Usos have been preparing for their return to the ring at the WWE Performance Centre, making it likely for them to be involved with the New Day for the tag titles sometime soon.

On the tag team front, the plans to repackage Los Matadores is still on with the WWE. The company have kept them off TV for a while, expecting the fans to forget who the Los Matadores were.

No word yet on what gimmicks will the team next land in.

- While the morale among the wrestlers backstage at NXT is understandably high, the same can't be said for the main roster talents, if the reports are to be believed.

While the lowest level talents on the WWE main roster have had their $100,000 downsides raised to $125,000, the bump is insignificant compared to the absence of pay-per-view bonuses, owing to the network.

The reports indicate towards a big gulf between the ones who are at the top of the roster and the ones who aren’t. The lower level talents have been complaining about getting by, with the road expenses etc adding up to form a big chunk of expenses going out from their pay.

However, the top level talents are said to be happy with how the company is taking care of them.

The pay in the WWE has always been based on position on the card, with the names higher on the card getting the most.
