WWE are still trying to sign Sting

WWE’s situation with Sting has become a weekly topic of speculation and the current word is that the former TNA wrestler is still being pursued by the company.

Both the parties are interested in striking out a deal, but the terms haven’t been agreed upon yet. Question marks remain on what role he will fit in upon returning be it on TV or any other matter.

Earlier, the rumours suggested that Sting was being brought in to set up a farewell match for The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 31. It is one of the matches that will garner attention now that the immortal reign of the streak is over.

Sting himself has expressed significant interest of facing Taker at WM31 which is why he wants to return to the WWE. But recent reports about The Deadman’s fitness revealed that he is still in a rough shape from his match against Brock Lesnar and is far off from returning anytime sooner.

Only time will tell if we do get to see the much anticipated feud at this year’s grandest event.
