WWE Rumours: WWE is planning a huge push for Enzo and Cass

Enzo and Cass
Enzo and Cass are one of most popular tag teams in WWE currently

Enzo Amore and Big Cass are no doubt one of hottest tag teams in the WWE currently and the duo has made a very big impact on the main roster ever since their debut earlier this year. Recent reports suggest that WWE officials have huge plans for the dynamic tag team.

According to the reports from cagesideseats.com, WWE is planning a big push for both Enzo and Cass during the time of WrestleMania 33 and the site is reporting that the two could win the Tag Team Championships at the grandest stage of them all.

If the rumours are true and they are going to win the tag titles at the biggest wrestling event of the year then seeing their popularity it’s safe to say that it will be marked as one of the best WrestleMania moments in the coveted history of the event

Although if WWE is really planning to reward the former NXT wrestlers with the tag titles at the granddaddy of all wrestling events then it will be very interesting to see how officials will pull this off as the current champions New Day are also babyfaces.

If the company wants to give Enzo and Cass this opportunity then the most sensible way of doing so will be putting the tag team championships on a heel team first who could later drop the titles to these two.

At the moment, the only team who looks to be worthy enough to hold the titles for the time being in Raw roster is none other than the former NJPW stars Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows also known as the Bullet Club.

This also makes sense because many believe that the team of Anderson and Gallows have lost their momentum ever since they have parted ways with their fellow NJPW veteran AJ Styles, so winning the tag team championships would certainly help them in regaining their lost momentum.

It's notable here that Enzo and Cass first appeared in NXT separately back in 2013 but they quickly formed a tag team after being defeated in their respective NXT debuts.

After being involved in multiple feuds their team entered the tournament to determine the new number one contender for NXT Tag Team Championships where they won the first two matches but were later defeated by The Ascension.

Unfortunately, after this Enzo suffered a broken leg which caused him 8 months of action. Following his return, the two got engaged in several other feuds before finally making their main roster debut on the April 4th episode of Raw this year.

Since then, they have proven to be one of the most charismatic tag teams on the current roster and have become one of the most beloved babyfaces of Raw in this short timespan.
