Big Van Vader returned to TNA

TNA Impact was rocked by a number of returns on a night that turned out to be eventful for the wrestling fans. As noted earlier, Jeff Jarrett, who revealed earlier this week that he had a huge announcement to make, returned to the Impact ring to everyone’s surprise.

If that wasn’t big enough already, former WCW and IWGP Champion Big Van Vader has also appeared at the event. The 1996 Slammy Award winner is best known for his time in the WCW where he won the World Heavyweight Championship three times and also for his short stint with the WWE.

Vader was involved in major feuds most notably with Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker during his stint in the WWE from 1996 to 1998. However after 3 years in the company, he negotiated his release and left to compete in Japan.
