The only blemish in the 21-0 WrestleMania streak of The Undertaker

The Undertaker vs. Giant Gonzalez

After the Casket Match victory over Kamala at the 1992 Survivor Series, the then manager of Kamala, Harvey Whippleman was hell bent on exacting terrible vengeance from The Undertaker. At the beginning of 1993, a colossal giant was brought in by Whippleman, who towered over the Undertaker.

Overcoming this giant of a wrestler was going to be a very daunting task for the dead man as he had been eliminated from the Royal Rumble by the Giant, who was not even an official entrant. The giant who was later revealed to be Giant Gonzalez stood between The Undertaker and his short winning streak at the time.

The stage was set for a clash of giants at the WrestleMania IX, but it turned out to be a disaster. The match was a slugfest of sorts with slow and lethargic movements. Although the Undertaker was not to be blamed for the same, as Giant Gonzalez was the one at fault for his miscues and awkwardness.

The match went on to be decided by disqualification after the Undertaker was knocked out when the giant used chloroform on the Phenom. In the 21-0 WrestleMania streak of The Undertaker, it is the only match which Taker won due to disqualification and not due to a victory, and as such remains the only blemish in the glittering streak of the Undertaker.
