Undoubtedly the biggest signing that TNA management has ever made was that of Kurt Angle.

It would be at the No Surrender PPV on 24th November 2006 that TNA would announce the signing to the world. The card’s main event would see Samoa Joe – scheduled to be Angle’s first feud in the company – defeat Jeff Jarrett in a Lumberjack match, with the lumberjacks being TNA fans provided with leather straps.

The card would also feature many former and future WWE stars including AJ Styles, Christian, Road Dogg, Billy Gunn, Rhyno, Kaval, R-Truth, Raven and Spike Dudley.
