The Sting promoted a wrestling programme called “The Big Event”, which will be taking place on Saturday, November 8th in Flushing, New York at Laguardia Plaza. WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley,in his three incarnations and TNA Hall of famer Sting will headline the programme to be held next month. The event will also include yesteryear superstars Kurt Angle, WWE Tag Team champions Rick & Scott The Steiner Brothers, Lex Luger and also around 40 other famous wrestlers.
Sting had also appeared for a promotion for the upcoming WWE 2K15 video game, in which he be featured as a pre-order bonus player, even though he is not contracted with the WWE. There have been rumours lately about his association with WWE in a fight against The Undertaker at Wrestlemania.
