John Cena and Randy Orton slugged it out at the First Hell in a Cell PPV in 2009. In a match that personified Hell in a Cell, Orton finally managed to get the WWE championship title around his waist for the 6th time.

Randy Orton had won the WWE Championship from Sheamus at Night of Champions in a six pack challenge. Sheamus walked into his first ever Hell in a cell match against a rather sadistic Viper who unlike Sheamus knew what it felt like to be inside Satan’s structure. DX vs Legacy Hell in Cell 2009

DX and Legacy(cody Rhodes and Ted DeBiase) had been going at each others throats ever since Randy Orton retrained his eyes on the Game.
