It was a battle between two contrasting characters in the WWE. Self proclaimed maniac artist Jeff Hardy locked horns with the ‘Prince of Darkness’ Undertaker, at the 2009 Extreme Rules PPV. The superstars punished each other both in and outside the ring utilising chairs, sticks, ladders to break each other down.
The match was intervened by The Big Show who tried to take both the superstars out but ultimately failed in his mission. Jeff Hardy executed a high flying innovative splash from the corner ropes, dodging over the ladder, to pick up a victory over the Deadman.
