Top 10 WCW wrestlers who also worked for WWE

These WCW Superstars were also successful in the WWE

#5 Kevin Nash

Kevin Nas was a main-eventer for both the WWE and WCW

Kevin Nash left WCW for the WWE after being given terrible gimmicks such as Oz. He debuted in WWE as Shawn Michaels’ bodyguard Diesel and his career took off from there. Nash would go on to win the WWE Championship even before Shawn Michaels did, but his championship run was mired by floundering attendances and buy-rates.

Like his close friend Scott Hall, Kevin Nash was also approached by Eric Bischoff and with his wife pregnant at the time, Nash took his offer to work less dates for more money to move to WCW. He soon joined Hall on-screen and ditched the Diesel moniker for his real name.

The duo dubbed themselves The Outsiders and tore their way through the WCW roster and aligned with Hulk Hogan at Bash At The Beach 1996 to form the NWO. The NWO would lead WCW to the top of the Monday Night War.

Nash was positioned at the main-event level for most of his WCW run and won the WCW World Heavyweight Championship 5 times and the WCW World Tag-Team Championships 9 times.
