This past week on RAW, Big Show enrolled himself into the Royal Rumble match and became the first superstar this year to do so.
Curtis Axel has followed suit and has been included in the match by the WWE. By staying in character, Axel still claimed that he was never eliminated from last year’s match.
Axel is the second WWE star to be added to the 30-man match. WWE put out a teaser that pointed out to more stars being officially added this week on RAW. Below is the teaser for RAW:
With the 2016 Royal Rumble Match less than three weeks away, the entire WWE Universe is buzzing about which Superstars will declare their entry in WWE’s iconic over-the-top-rope tradition. Big Show emerged on Raw to become the first competitor in this year’s 30-man melee, and we’ve since learned that Curtis Axel — who claims he was never eliminated from last year’s Royal Rumble Match — will also enter the fray (even though he evidently never left it).
