Possible SummerSlam opponent revealed for Brock Lesnar

Lesnar’s toughest task possibly awaits him at SummerSlam

WrestleMania 32 isn’t even here and WWE is already planning for the biggest pay-per-view of the summer – SummerSlam.

According to reports, WWE has nixed the Strowman vs Undertaker match for WrestleMania due to negative fan backlash on the internet after the news of the match spread like wildfire.

As far as Strowman is concerned, Vince McMahon is reportedly very high on him and is the one calling the shots regarding the strongman when it comes to the way he carries himself, the way he sells, takes bumps, picks his opponents and stumbles around in the ring.

It is said, Strowman is improving leaps and bounds and can do a lot more than what he is currently doing in the ring. PWInsider notes that WWE is saving his skills for a grand stage, presumably, WrestleMania or Summerslam.

Talking about SummerSlam, sources backstage report that WWE is planning on having Brock Lesnar vs Braun Strowman for SummerSlam, that is if Strowman develops into a polished star by then.

Vince McMahon sees Strowman as a major player down the line and considers him his own project. Pushing Strowman as a top guy is what Vince has in mind and making a lot of money off the Blacksheep is the desired outcome, which is why everything you see Strowman doing is coming straight from the boss.

While Undertaker vs Strowman might not happen at WrestleMania, Lesnar could take on Strowman at SummerSlam if reports come to fruition.
