When the news of WWE enlisting Carlos Colon for Hall Of Fame came out, little did anyone know that this move by WWE had a motive behind it.
As per the sources, since WWE is planning to expand internationally, they need spanish language programming and WWE can only get it by purchasing World Wrestling Council tape collection from Puerto Rico.
It is believed that Colon’s induction in the Hall Of Fame is part of the deal with WWC library so as to acquire the tape collection. WWC was almost at verge of closing so they are selling their tapes in order to raise money.
