WWE Elimination Chamber 2015: 5 Superstars Who Will Shine at the Pay-Per-View

The Elimination Chamber pay-per-view which is all set to happen on Sunday, might not be a big stage to shine like WrestleMania or SummerSlam. Being network exclusive pretty much takes away a lot of reach of the show and it would be pretty hard for WWE to make superstars get noticed.

Despite this factor, it is a pay-per-view nevertheless and it falls right on the road to SummerSlam.

A win or a stand out performance at Elimination Chamber might help certain superstars to shine in front of the creative team. There are a lot of superstars well placed to deliver the goods on Sunday and here is a look at those names.

Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens

Isn’t this obvious? Kevin Owens is going to get the chance of his life at Elimination Chamber and he is not going to let it slip through. From what we have seen so far, WWE is firmly behind the NXT Champion and he is probably going to pull off a Brock Lesnar type match against John Cena.

Owens might not go on to win the United States Title on Sunday, but he is definitely going to make a statement just like he has done over the past two weeks.

The only way WWE is going to let Owens lose would be through disqualification as all the other options would simply mean a waste of time for both him and the fans. There are rumors about the Samoa Joe possibility as well, which makes matters more interesting.

Neville

Neville

The Reason why WWE did not let Neville take part in the Intercontinental Championship match was because they did not want him to lose. With Neville getting such a protection from the creative team, it is going to be a great show for him on Sunday. He is pitted up against Bo Dallas and these two have a long history as well.

There is no shortage in chemistry between the superstars. The writers have been playing up the angle of Neville’s leg injury a lot, and it will turn out to have been an underdog’s victory if he comes up with the win. A win could build some momentum for Neville ahead of a possible place in the Money in the Bank match.

Bo Dallas

Bo Dallas

Bo Dallas might not sound like a typical choice for the list but you cannot argue much about the guy’s talent. He is a solid in-ring performer and a good talker on the microphone with the writers being the only thing that holds him back. After ages, Bo is going to get big opportunity on Sunday.

The story is there, the opponent is there and the stage is also there. Execution is the only part that he needs to be worried about now.

As mentioned earlier, WWE has played up the leg injury angle of Neville throughout the feud and Bo can get a lot of heat if he works on that. He is not going to get a win at the Chamber, but he will grab the opportunity presented to him.

Rusev

Rusev

This will be Rusev’s first major outing without Lana near him. Even though his career seems to be at a dead end right now with the whole break up angle, Rusev could and should come back strongly at the Chamber. Winning the Intercontinental Championship for starters would be a great way to get on the right track.

The Bulgarian Brute is one of the major contenders for the title on Sunday and he could easily end up being in the last two even if he does not win it. There is a big chance of Lana turning again and siding with Rusev at some point, which could completely reboot whatever they did with him and the United States Championship a long time ago.

Dean Ambrose

Dean Ambrose

Being a rebel: tick, getting arrested: tick, forcing yourself into the WWE title picture: tick, driving a vehicle into the arena: tick, being unpredictable: tick – just some of the parallels between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Dean Ambrose.

The Lunatic Fringe is the closest thing that WWE has to Austin at the moment and it would not be a big surprise if he gets a knock at Triple H next. As far as Elimination Chamber is concerned he is going to bring out the best match of the night alongside Seth Rollins. The only way Ambrose is losing the match will be through interference or overbooking, which is a win – win situation for him.

A loss will not take away any of his momentum and he can go straight into the Money in the Bank match and get a win there if that is what WWE wants.
