Although this week's RAW was all about Daniel Bryan’s retirement and the celebration fo the career of the former WWE Champion, WWE also focussed on strengthening the WWE Fastlane 2016 card.
With one Divas match – the Championship match between Charlotte and Brie Bella – already featuring on the card, WWE added another match involving the fairer sex. The team of Tamina and Naomi would take on Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch at the pay-per-view, which was made official after Tamina defeated Becky Lynch on RAW.
Having two Divas matches is a welcome move which serves two purposes – one is to continue the momentum that the Divas have, and two, to keep the spotlight on Becky and Sasha, who are en route to a triple threat match for the title at WrestleMania 32.
With the latest addition, the pay-per-view that is scheduled to take place in Cleveland, Ohio on the 21st February, now has four matches officially announced. Below is the updated match card:
