An epic main event is in the works

As WWE makes its final pit stop on the road to Wrestlemania 32, WWE Fastlane will begin to unwrap the match card for the biggest pay per view event of the year. This Sunday, a triple threat match will determine who will join the World Heavyweight Champion, Triple H in the main event at Wrestlemania 32.

There are six other matches on the match card, most of them will play an important role in determining the match card for Wrestlemania 32.

Here are our predictions of who will win at WWE Fastlane 2016:

Preshow – Kalisto versus Alberto Del Rio (WWE United States Championship, 2 out of 3 falls)

The feud between Kalisto and Alberto Del Rio has ceased somewhat since the return of Kalisto’s tag team partner, Sin Cara. However, they have been competing against each other in six-man tag team action.

For example, this past Monday Night, the Lucha Dragons teamed up with Neville to face off against League of Nations members, Alberto Del Rio, Rusev and Sheamus. The League of Nations won the match so could Kalisto be looking for some redemption after his loss on Raw? It would make sense for WWE to have the title remain with Kalisto, allowing him to have a long run with the United States Championship.

Prediction – Kalisto

Kevin Owens versus Dolph Ziggler (Intercontinental Championship Match)

In the past five months, the Intercontinental Championship has either been held by Kevin Owens or Dean Ambrose. As WWE are currently using Kevin Owens as their top heel it is very unlikely that the Championship will change hands, especially due to the factor that WWE have not been using Dolph Ziggler since the Summer.

Prediction – Kevin Owens

Charlotte versus Brie Bella (Divas Championship Match)

Brie Bella revealed this week on “Good morning America” that her retirement is imminent. So it is likely that Charlotte will retain her championship, going on to face Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks, in a triple threat match at Wrestlemania 32.

Prediction – Charlotte

Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks versus Naomi and Tamina

As Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch are likely to go against Charlotte in a Triple threat match for the Divas Championship at Wrestlemania 32. It would be highly surprising if Naomi and Tamina win.

Prediction – Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks

Kane, Big Show & Ryback versus The Wyatt Family (Six-man tag match)

The Wyatt family needs to walk into Wrestlemania 32 appearing to be a fearful, dominant faction in WWE and a win over Kane, Big Show and Ryback would definitely begin that process. The Wyatts desperately needing to look strong walking into WrestleMania especially considering that Bray Wyatt could be facing Brock Lesnar in Dallas.

Prediction – The Wyatt Family

AJ Styles versus Chris Jericho

As Jericho accepted Styles’s challenge on SmackDown and considering WWE are currently trying to build Styles up as a popular baby face,it is unlikely that WWE would allow AJ Styles to lose his first pay per view match.

Prediction – AJ Styles

Brock Lesnar versus Dean Ambrose versus Roman Reigns (WWE World Heavyweight Championship No.1 contender match)

As it stands Roman Reigns is the favourite to win this match. Brock Lesnar is almost certainly going to face Bray Wyatt at Wrestlemania 32, so with the probability that Brock will be taken out of the match by the Wyatt family, it’s left to the brothers in arms, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose

Both men are willing to do anything to get the win. As Dean Ambrose is no longer the Intercontinental championship, it has added an element of uncertainty. However, the probability of Dean Ambrose winning the match is slim, but there still could be an unexpected twist.

Prediction – Roman Reigns
