- We noted before that WWE officials had changed their mind on AJ Styles, as they have some interest in bringing him in now when before they didn’t. It should be noted that while their interest level has changed, nothing is expected to happen anytime soon because Styles is under contract to New Japan Pro Wrestling until the end of this year.
After recruiting TNA legend Samoa Joe, it’s obvious that Styles would be another great addition considering the fact that he is another huge name in the world of pro wrestling. Styles who has been a two-time TNA World Heavyweight champion ended his association with the promotion back in 2013. After that he returned to ROH and also has been working for NJPW.
- WWE officials are reportedly trying to find out when the contracts of a few top TNA talents expire. They are keeping an eye out on the top talents and are interested in a few TNA stars but only for the NXT brand, at least for now.
