Bryan Saxton was backstage with Sheamus, and he asked him about his tag team partner for the night, Christian. Saxton asked how they would co – exist knowing they’d be opponents at Elimination Chamber. Sheamus said it didn’t matter who he faced; he’d Brogue Kick all of them.

Sheamus and Christian vs. The Real Americans (With Colter)

Christian talked about the Elimination Chamber match before the bout, and Sheamus then made his way out. The Real Americans made their way out last as Zeb and Cesaro cut promos on Christian and Sheamus.

Zeb preferred Cesaro over Swagger which angered Jack. Christian started things off with Cesaro as the crowd chanted “We The People”. Cesaro was in control and tagged in Swagger, as the two double teamed Christian, and Swagger covered him for a nearfall. Christain came back with a big missile dropkick for a nearfall of his own. Sheamus then tagged in and went at it with Swagger, and delivered a suplex for a 2 count. Swagger stopped Sheamus with a big knee to the gut and tagged in Cesaro. Sheamus countered Cesaro’s offense with a big clothesline for a 2 count.

Cesaro turned the tables and delivered some uppercuts, but Sheamus fought back with rights. Sheamus then went for the battering ram and covered Cesaro for a 2 count. Swagger grabbed Sheamus, leading to Cesaro connecting with a big boot to the face and sending Cesaro off the apron for yet another commercial.

Back from the break, and Christian connected with the back elbow on Cesaro. Cesaro blocked a Killswitch and went for an offense, but Christian blocked it as well. Cesaro connected with a big uppercut for yet another near fall. Swagger tagged in and stomped on Christian. Good back and forth action between Swagger and Christian led to Swagger nailing Christian with a Swagger Bomb as he tagged in Cesaro. The Real Americans double teamed Christian for yet another near fall. Christian tried to make his way back but Cesaro stopped him. Cesaro and Swagger work over Christian some more, but Cesaro missed with a double team move as Swagger was sent to the floor. Sheamus finally got the tag as he went at it with Swagger. Sheamus connected with a high knee for a near fall. Sheamus connected with some more forearm shots to the chest. Sheamus delivered a running powerslam to Swagger as set him up for the Brogue Kick, but Cesaro decked him. Sheamus unloaded on Cesaro but Swagger made the save. Swagger locked in the Patriot Lock on Sheamus but Christian made the save with a big crossbody from the top rope. Christian then took Cesaro out to the floor as Sheamus nailed a Brogue Kick on Swagger to pick up the victory.

Winner (s): Sheamus and Christian

Rating: *** ½

Analysis: That was yet another solid tag team match, and Christian looked as good as he has ever been. Sheamus and Christian picked up the victory going into the Elimination Chamber PPV, but The Real Americans have been on a losing streak. It looks like WWE is going to dissolve the team soon and turn Swagger face, but I’d bank on Cesaro to receive the rub from the break. Nonetheless, it was yet another great tag team match on RAW, and the crowd was into the bout the whole time.

Renee talked to Cena backstage, who said he’d close his rivalry with Orton later in the night.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Alberto Del Rio

Ziggler and Del Rio went at it, but Del Rio gained the upper hand, beating Ziggler down. Ziggler turned it around for a minute, showing off and dropping a bunch of elbows, but ADR turned the tables with a superkick to pick up the easy victory.

Winner: ADR

Rating: ½ *

Analysis: That was a surprisingly easy victory, and one has to wonder if Ziggler is once again in the dog house!

Post match, ADR locked Ziggler in the cross armbreaker and didn’t let go. Batista’s music hit and he came out to a big pop! Batista speared ADR and sent him out of the ring. Batista threw ADR into the steel steps and into the fan barrier. Batista took apart the announcer’s table and power bombed him through the table!

Analysis: That was a good beat down leading to their match at the Elimination Chamber PPV, but ADR isn’t really a threat to Batista, but will be fed to Batista. Anyways, it’ll be interesting to see what happens next between the two.

Backstage, Batista ran into Triple H and Triple H asked Batista to take it easy on people. Triple H asked Batista to keep it inside the ring, but Batista told Triple H that things had changed.

The newest inductee into the Hall of Fame 2014 was then revealed, and it is going to be the greatest women’s wrestler in history, Lita! WWE then aired a video highlighting her career.

Backstage, the NAO had tea with Betty. Betty changed her cup with Gunn’s when no one was looking. Shady? Yes.

The Usos vs. Ryback and Axel

NAO were on commentary for this bout. Jey started things off with Axel and was in control of the match. Jey did the Road Dogg shuffle and tagged his brother in. Axel regained control of the match and worked over Jimmy in the corner, and tagged in Ryback. Ryback stomped over Jimmy and delivered the shoulder thrusts. Ryback tagged in Axel who continued working over Jimmy, and dropped him with a big elbow. Ryback and Axel worked in tandem, isolating Jimmy as the crowd chanted “Goldberg” at Ryback. Jimmy turned the tables by delivering a corkscrew on Ryback! Jey came in with a leaping clothesline on Axel and dropped him with a big kick and the Samoan drop for a nearfall. Jimmy threw Ryback out as Jey hit the superkick on Axel! Jey took out Ryback on the outside with a big leap as Jimmy made the tag and came down on Axel with a big splash to pick up the victory.

Winner (s): The Usos

Rating: **

Analysis: I guess this would make The Usos the new number one contenders for the WWE Tag Team championships, which isn’t a bad thing. The Usos are probably the best tag team in the division, and they deserve a run with the titles. Ryback and Axel have nowhere to go at this point, and it makes sense to pair them together as the other teams have been dissolved. Anyway, this will probably lead to a match between NAO and The Usos at Elimination Chamber for the WWE Tag Team titles.

Post match, Gunn ran to the back holding his stomach, which would imply he tried to mix something in Betty’s tea which backfired. This is entertainment!

Back from commercial and it is time for the open challenge for the United States championship!
