AJ Styles had a rough night at Smackdown Live when he lost to Dean Ambrose, thus giving Ambrose a title shot at TLC after Survivor Series. Little did The Phenomenal One know, that his biggest challenge was yet to come. Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet reported that AJ Styles got locked out of his rental car, and the fire department came to save the day.

After the Smackdown Live show at Newark, New Jersey, at the Prudential Center, Styles realised that his keys were stuck in his rental car. The report stated that during the time, the WWE World Champion was surrounded by 50 eager fans, and he tried several times to get the door open through a coat hanger.

However, all his efforts were in vain, much to his dismay.

Apparently, after struggling for nearly an hour or so, the Newark Fire Department was called, and they showed up with a slim jim (for the car) and helped open the door. As it turned out, the keys to Styles’ car was in the trunk.

The report stated that fans surrounding the area, jokingly asked the World Champion, if he was being set up for an episode of Swerved on the WWE Network.

All’s well that ends well for The Phenomenal One. You can see his appreciation for the fire department who had helped him out of the sticky situation. He also ended up taking a picture with the department members at the end.

However, Styles is in for a tricky situation in Survivor Series where he will be part of Team Smackdown, and only two weeks after that, he defends the WWE World Championship against Dean Ambrose in the main event of TLC in a TLC match. Here is a clip of their match from the latest episode of Smackdown Live:
