WWE News: Complete NXT tapings for September and October

NXT has proved to be the refreshing change that wreslting fans had been demanding for a long time. With engaging rivalries, grat storylines and power packed wrestling action, and a talented roster, NXT comprises of everything that a wrestling fan needs. But with RAW and SmackDown going live, NXT does not share that privilege. With every taping of NXT there are bound to be spoilers. And we are bringing you a few good ones.

So before we delve into the article, Spoiler Alert!

September 21:

The show starts with Samoa Joe’s promo stating Shinsuke Nakamura is nursing a number of injuries after his attack. Joe says that Nakamura will be out of action for 6-12 weeks. He wants Nakamura or he wants the title. Either way he will not rest until he regains the gold. NXT General Manager William Regal comes out and says that he hasn’t heard from Nakamura. Joe then threatens to make the entire roster suffer Nakamura’s fate if he is not given what he wants.

Austin Aries beats Oney Lorcan in a matchup. Aries then proceeds to call Hideo Itami a coward and says that he won’t show up even if Aries call hims out. Hideo’s music hits and he comes out but Aries beats a hasty retreat.

Billie Kay pins Aliyah.

Cedric Alexander put on a fantastic match Andrade “Cien” Almas. The crowd is behind Cedric and he wins with the Lumbar Check. Andrade teases a heel turn but hugs his opponent and raises his hand.

September 28:

William Regal announces the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. He says that the tornament will culminate at NXT TakeOver: Toronto

Angelo Dawkins loses to Tye Dillinger. Bobby Roode comes out after the match and expresses his desire to win the Dusty Classic. Dillinger shakes his hand and “Perfectly Glorious” it is.

Samoa Joe sabotages a match between The Ealy Brothers and The Revival when he mauls the Ealy Brothers. The NXT Tag champs walk away and Joe says that the beatdown will continue until he gets his hands on either Nakamura or the title.

Ember Moon makes quick work of Mandy Rose.

Two jobbers are defeated by the Authors of Pain. The legendary Paul Ellering finally speaks and says “Pain is coming and right now.”

Women’s Champion Asuka taps out Liv Morgan and says that no one is ready for her.

Hideo Itami defeated Lince Dorado in a good match following which Austin Aries attacks Itami. Austin is forced to retreat when Hideo turns the tables.

October 5:

The Bollywood Boyz lose against the Authors of Pain in a first round match of the Dusty Classic

Rich Swann beats Patrick Clark with a cartwheel moonsault in a fun match.

Royce defeated Danielle Kamella with a Perfectplex. Billie Kay earlier accompanied Peyton to the ring.

Samoa Joe mauls Dan Martha while the latter was coming out for a match. Joe cuts a promo and threatens to escalate the intensity and number of his attacks.

The Revival defeat the team of Cedric Alexander and Andrade “Cien” Almas in a first round Dusty Classic match. Andrade turns on Cedric after losing the match.

October 12:

Sanity defeated Roode and Dillinger in another first round Dusty Classic. Roode walked out on Tye as the latter started getting beat. Sanity consisted of is Alexander Wolfe & Sawyer Fulton, Nikki Storm, and their masked leader is revealed to be Eric Young

Liv Morgan lost to Billie Kay after a distraction by Peyton

TM-61 pinned Riddick Moss and Tino Sabbatelli in a Dusty Classic first round encounter

Blake and Murphy start their single match when Samoa Joe runs in and bashes up the two. He calls out Regal saying that time is up. Nakamura’s music hits and the NXT Champion comes out in a neck brace. All at once, he takes off the brace and a wild brawl ensues. Finally Nakamura hits a Kinshasa on Joe with to stand tall at the show’s end.
