A few days before Summerslam, Eva Marie got suspended and has been out since. Her suspension ended around September 18th, but she has been busy filming the movie Inconceivable. The filming wrapped up this week, and when a fan asked her when she’d be back, she responded saying:

It is unlikely that she will return, before or at, Survivor Series, as she is currently filming a TV movie titled Action #1, which is a more comedic film. She is in Vancouver, Canada, right now doing the filming, and will also be filming for the same movie at British Columbia.
The filming is set to wrap up by November 22nd, which means that she might be able to make it on time for the week after the Survivor Series fallout episode of Smackdown Live.
It will be interesting to see what her role upon her return will be. Her initial few weeks on Smackdown Live, after the draft featured a comedic gimmick, where she used multiple excuses to get away with not wrestling in her matches.
She had technically not wrestled a match on Smackdown Live, even though she was scheduled for a Summerslam match, which she was removed from, due to suspension.
She is the 7th Smackdown Live woman, and she could pick up where she left off, with the same “avoiding matches” storyline, as many fans believed it was an extremely entertaining and apt way to utilise her talents.
