For a brief period during tonight’s episode of Raw, the crowd at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow, managed to take control of the show. This happened during a segment when all five members of the brand’s team in the women’s traditional tag-team match at the Survivor Series, came together in the same ring.
Since Bayley was the overwhelming crowd favourite, the fans kept chanting her name, during the segment. Apart from that, deafening chants of ‘ICW’ were also belted out by the crowd assembled in the arena.
ICW stands for Insane Championship Wrestling, which is a British wrestling promotion, with its headquarters in the city of Glasgow. A number of past and present WWE superstars have been associated with the promotion including Paul London, Brian Kendrick, Rhyno, Drew McIntyre/Galloway and Sabu.

Moreover, current Raw general manager, Mick Foley, appeared on one of ICW’s live events named Fear and Loathing VIII, last year as the ICW Commissioner. The promotion was founded by Mark Dallas back in the year 2006 and has enjoyed immense popularity in Scotland ever since.
Fortunately for the WWE, this week’s Raw was not aired live but was a taped show, so they were able to edit out the portion, where fans chanted ‘ICW’. Had they not been able to do this, it would have proved to be an unwarranted promotion for the local wrestling brand.
Meanwhile, the segment involving the ladies from Raw was made special, when the name of the fifth member of the red brand’s team was announced.
Even as Charlotte Flair named Dana Brooke as the fifth member, she was cut short by Michael Cole, who confirmed it would not be so. This led to Sasha Banks walking out to join the other 4 women in the ring.
The in-ring talk between the 5 superstars culminated into a 3-on-3 tag-team match, which saw Alicia Fox, Bayley and Banks, join forces to beat Charlotte, Nia Jax and Dana Brooke as Bayley pinned the Raw team captain, after a Bayley-to-belly.
