After months of teasing and the endless speculation that accompanied it, Finn Balor’s main roster call-up finally materialised today during the WWE Draft that was held on the first SmackDown Live episode.
Not only was Balor drafted to Raw, but it is also certainly worth mentioning that he was one of the foremost picks of the Brand, only after Seth Rollins and Charlotte. Dean Ambrose and AJ Styles had meanwhile been drafted to SmackDown.
Triple H summed up the situation with this tweet:
And Balor himself, who was understandably elated, shared the news with his parents and also sent out a tweet bearing the picture of his brand new t-shirt, which would be available for purchase on the WWE store.
It is rumoured that Balor will debut wearing this on the main roster:
With AJ Styles in SmackDown but the Anderson and Gallows in Raw, it is also rumoured that a potential Balor club reunion may be in the offing.
