WWE News: Good opponents for Brock Lesnar outside the WWE, believes Hall Of Famer

Brock Lesnar about to F5 Dean Ambrose at WrestleMania 32

In the latest episode of his podcast, The Ross Report, WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross mentioned that he wants WWE to focus on the independent wrestling circuit to find potential opponents for the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar. According to wrestlinginc.com, he stated that Micheal Elgin and Moose from Ring Of Honor (ROH) will be suitable future opponent for the former UFC Heavyweight Champion :

‘Big’ Mike Elgin is a very physical wrestler

"Moose is an athletic freak and I think that WWE, looking down the road, you could do worse right now, a lot worse, than having a guy like Michael Elgin, and, especially Moose, at his height, as a dancing partner for Brock Lesnar someday."

At 6’5”, 295 lbs, Moose is one of the bigger guys on the indy circuit

Jim Ross believes that WWE should proactively search for future talents that can stand face to face with Lesnar. He also mentioned that former WWE Champion, Mick Foley was originally signed in WWE as an opponent for The Undertaker :

"Crazy as it sounds, but, hey, look, you've got to be looking down the road. That's how we hired Mick Foley. We needed an opponent for The Undertaker. Sometimes, that's how it works."

As of now, Brock Lesnar is not scheduled to appear on RAW or SmackDown, however, he might be working the WWE Bash at the Beach event next month. Lesnar will make his televised appearance before SummerSlam, to build up his match at the pay-per-view.
