Brock Lesnar sure leaves a long-lasting impression on the men he takes up a fight with, be it in the WWE or the UFC. Randy Orton sure won’t forget the merciless beating he received at SummerSlam leaving a huge gash on his forehead and the subsequent ten staples that were needed to cover it up.
Before Randy, though, the Beast was the focal point of a cross-promotion deal between the WWE and UFC, which resulted in a $2.5 million payday for him. In the one-night-only spectacle, Lesnar took on Heavyweight contender ‘Super Samoan’ Mark Hunt and convincingly beat him in the three-round bout. While everything seemed hunky dory initially, Lesnar failed to post-fight drug tests for a banned substance.
This infuriated Hunt, who has been quite a vocal detractor of Lesnar ever since the results were made known to the public. SummerSlam is a blockbuster event and Lesnar being the headliner, Hunt didn’t miss out on the opportunity to take a shot at him. Hunt posted a photo during the main event, in which Lesnar is seen making his entrance with a fan holding up a sign which read “Got Juice”. No guesses for the obvious reference here.
Amid all the allegations of Lesnar being juiced up on performance enhancing drugs, Hunt found the perfect opportunity and hit the ball out of the park. The photo apart, Mark’s captions were outright intimidating, which would make Lesnar a raging bull ready to go on a rampage. Here is the photo:
A section of the fans didn't pay heed to Hunt going off on Lesnar as they felt he was just being a sour loser. Hunt didn’t spare them either as a posted a profane post especially for them:
Lesnar’s TKO win over Randy Orton sent the fans into a frenzy, who began speculating about the angle being authentic and completely off the script. Lesnar’s vicious elbow that resulted in the cut drew a comment from Hunt too, who called for Lesnar to be banned forever.
Either Hunt is one angry man, or the other case maybe that he just has a very smart public relations team.
