Earlier this week, in a recent appearance on The Tonight Show, two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair made a special appearance in order to promote the rap song ‘Ric Flair Drip’ which has been performed by American rapper Offset and produced by Metro Boomin.

In case you didn’t know…

The song Ric Flair Drip is the third track on 21 Savage, Offset, and Metro Boomin’s collaborative studio album Without Warning, which was released in October of 2017 and after its initial release, went absolutely viral around the music world and also received plenty of attention from several wrestlers as well.

Ric Flair Drip was also ranked the 44th best song of 2017 by Complex Media and almost half a year after the song’s release it was peaked at number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The music video of Ric Flair Drip has been released on 21 Savage’s official Vevo channel almost a month ago and currently has a total of 82 million views as well. Also, as noted, the music video even features special appearances from song namesake and WWE legend Ric Flair along with the likes of Offset’s fellow Migos members Quavo and Takeoff, as well as album-mate 21 Savage.

The heart of the matter

Ever since its initial release, the song Ric Flair Drip has certainly established itself as one of the most popular rap songs of this generation and the association of namesake Ric Flair definitely makes the entire thing much more special as well.

As noted, Flair along with singer Offset and Producer Metro Boomin made a guest appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show earlier in the week, in order to perform and promote ‘Ric Flair Drip’. Offset, who was seen sporting a Flair-like robe while performing his hit single, was accompanied by “The Nature Boy” himself who swaggered around the Migos rapper during his performance on the show.

In addition, Ric Flair also cut a promo following Offset’s performance in classic Ric Flair manner and the host Jimmy Fallon also showed his respect towards the two-time WWE Hall of Famer.

What’s next?

After recently having a death-scare, Ric Flair is now focused on his life outside of Pro Wrestling as he seems to be enjoying his retirement in a pretty amazing manner.
