WWE News: Ryback hints about joining TNA

Ryback as Intercontinental Champion last year

Over the last few weeks, there was a contract dispute between WWE and the former Intercontinental Champion, Ryback. He mentioned that the winner of a certain match is paid more than the wrestler who loses. It was reported that, Ryback demanded a change in the contract, he asked for almost equal payment for all the participants in a match, which WWE denied.

Due to such disputes, Ryback was sent back home during the RAW after WWE Payback pay-per-view. The situation attracted people’s attention as Ryback was featured in a 20 men Battle Royal to determine the #1 Contender for United States Championship on that RAW and he couldn’t show up for the match.

Since then, Ryback has hinted on leaving the company, for which he worked more than 10 years. Few days ago, it was rumored that the dispute between the two parties has been settled, but later it was reported that WWE won’t be approaching Ryback to again work for them after this situation and will let his contract expire without negotiating.

This clarified that Ryback will be leaving WWE soon. Allwrestlingnews.com reports that, during WWE Extreme Rules pre-show Ryback hinted on Twitter about joining TNA which airs on Pop TV. TNA, owned by Dixie Carter is suffering with financial issues lately and Ryback’s star power may help them a lot..
