WWE News: The Miz will get traded to Raw for either Cesaro or Sami Zayn if he loses to Dolph Ziggler next week

The Miz's position in the blue brand is in jeopardy.

The Miz’s fairytale run in Smackdown Live may come to a close

Next week on the 900th episode of Smackdown Live, The Miz get his rematch for the Intercontinental Championship against, Dolph Ziggler, who he lost the title to at No Mercy.

This will be the Awesome One’s last shot to win the title, as Daniel Bryan announced on Talking Smack that if he fails to do so, he will be traded to Raw, for either Sami Zayn or Cesaro.

It is an extremely interesting decision made. Many people have felt that Sami Zayn should have been drafted to Smackdown Live, instead of Raw because he has been directionless since Battleground, where he defeated his arch rival, Kevin Owens, who now happens to be the Universal Champion.

As for The Miz, he is one of the stars, who has greatly benefited from going to Smackdown Live. Ever since Maryse returned on Raw after Wrestlemania 32, she has been his valet, and as a result, the character refresh button was hit on The Miz; making him one of the most compelling characters on WWE television once more.

The Miz's feud with Dolph Ziggler has been considered by many, as one of the best feuds of the entire year. Many have also credited The Miz for helping to bring back the prestige of the Intercontinental Championship, something that has not been done in years, despite many attempts.

Also on the show, Daniel Bryan, announced that since Ziggler is giving the opportunity for the Intercontinental Championship to come to Raw, Smackdown Live will have the opportunity to get, not only the Cruiserweight Championship but the entire Cruiserweight division to Smackdown Live.

This will happen when Cruiserweight Champion, Brian Kendrick, defends his title against the returning Kalisto. If Kalisto wins, Smackdown Live gets the Cruiserweight division.
