WWE Rumors: Update on Bray Wyatt's return

Wyatt isn’t coming back anytime soon

According to former wrestler and Wrestling Observer presenter Bryan Alvarez, WWE star Bray Wyatt – who is currently out of action due to an injury – will not return in 4-6 weeks but rather in 6-8 weeks – reports wrestlinginc.com.

Wyatt is currently confined to the sidelines due to a right calf injury picked up in a live event match against WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns on the 13th of this month in Italy during WWE’s traditional post-WrestleMania tour of Europe. Here’s a clip:

The wrestler’s delayed return from injury may be a cause of concern for his fans, but WWE can use it to their advantage and work out some much-needed character development for the 28-year-old.

Wyatt, who has been a part of WWE since 2009, has spent most of the time in the shadow of the Wyatt family and hasn’t gotten a chance to mature into a star in his own right. The wrestler’s slow progress in his seven-year stint with the company has set alarm bells ringing in some corners due to a lack of a single trophy so far.

However, the wrestler is still young and has a lot of good years ahead of him, leaving more than a glimmer of hope for his character.
