WWE RAW, 4th November - Results

RAW 2

Today’s RAW is live from Greenville, South Carolina and the show opens with CM Punk who enters the ring to a massive pop.

CM Punk vs Luke Harper

After formal introductions from the commentators out comes, we get to see a footage of Punk getting beaten up by the Wyatt Family. The opening match is between Luke Harper and Punk with Bray Wyatt and Eric Rowan watching from ringside. The match begins and Harper is straight away on the offensive. Punk counters and the two trade shots as Punk throws Harper over the top rope. Punk attempts a suicide dive but gets clobbered with a huge right hand. Harper sends him back to the ring and dishes out some punishment.

Harper misses a big boot and lands on the outside and this time Punk connects with the suicide dive as we go into a commercial. Punk is distracted by Rowan which helps Harper gain back control during the commercial as we return to see Harper dominating Punk in the ring. Harper comes up with some impressive and effective offense against Punk and toys with him. Punk somehow manages to counter with a Tornado DDT.

Punk then gains momentum and hits a clothesline, dropkick and a neckbreaker as the crowd starts cheering. Bray Wyatt yells from his rocking chair as Punk is on a roll. He connects a roundhouse kick and then goes up top but Harper counters with a big boot. Harper goes for a the huge clothesline but Punk counters with a rollover for the victory.

Winner: CM Punk

Post match Rowan gets in the ring from behind and attacks Punk. The two beat down Punk as Wyatt slowly enters the ring. The crowd starts the ‘YES’ chant as Bryan runs into the ring with a steel chair and takes out Rowan and Harper. Wyatt manages to counter Bryan but Punk throws Wyatt out of the ring. Bryan and Punk stand tall inside the ring as the Wyatts watched from outside.

Michael Cole is live on the phone with Paul Heyman. Heyman says he is in Europe consulting a doctor about his injuries suffered in Hell in a Cell. He names a few injuries and says what Punk did to him was travesty. He starts sobbing and says WWE owes him an apology and disconnects the phone.

Ryback vs The Great Khali

Khali starts things by beating Ryback in the corner for a few seconds, Ryback turns things around and hits a big clothesline, he goes for the ShellShock but Khali counters. Ryback hits the meathook clothesline for the win.

Winner: Ryback

Ryback then takes out Santino Marella.

Kofi Kingston vs Alberto Del Rio

ADR begins with a few strikes but Kofi reverses and unloads on Del Rio. ADR counters with a kick to the gut and headbutt. Kofi then hits an elbow and clotheslines ADR to the floor. Kofi goes for a dive and lands too far from Del Rio on the floor. Del Rio manages to keep control and gets a close fall. A bit more offense from Del Rio gives him another close fall.

Kofi then counters the enziguri for a close 2 count. Kofi then goes on a roll and hits a crossbody for 2 and then continues with a dropkick. Del Rio manages to get back after Kofi misses a kick. Del Rio hits a kick to the gut and then applies the cross arm breaker for the win.

Winner: Alberto Del Rio

Randy Orton vs Big E Langston

Fans vote for Big E Langston on the WWE App and Langston gets a landslide victory.

The two lock up and the match begins. Orton hits a kick to the gut and strikes Big E in the corner. Big E counters with a shoulder tackle. Big E then continues with a series of offense despite Orton’s attempts to counter. Orton then takes a second time out from the ring to regroup. He comes in and nails a dropkick on Big E for a 2 count. Big E counters the rope hung DDT and throws Orton out on the floor.

Back from the break the two are brawling outside the ring. Big E runs Orton down the steel steps. Orton counters and sends Big E back to the ring. A spear attempt on Orton on the apron fails as Orton moves aside and Big E lands on the floor. Orton clotheslines Langston and sends him back to the ring for a 2 count.

Big E counters with a shoulder thrust and two clotheslines followed by a Belly to Belly suplex. Langston hits a huge splash for a 2 count and Orton then counters with a dropkick and a backbreaker. Orton nails the rope hung DDT and slithers for the RKO. Big E counters the RKO and hits a huge shot, Orton counters the Big Ending and connects the RKO for the win.

Winner: Randy Orton

Fandango and Summer vs Tyson Kidd and Natalya

A decent match that saw both Fandango and Tyson Kidd pulling out impressive moves. After some back and forth action for close to 5 minutes Tyson Kidd connects the sharpshooter to make Fandango tap.

Winner: Tyson Kidd and Natalya

A short backstage interview with Damien Sandow who talks about coming short and losing his briefcase to John Cena.

RAW 1

John Cena and The Golden Rhodes vs The Real Americans and Damien Sandow

Cena and Sandow start things off but Cena quickly tags Cody. After a bit of offense Cesaro and Cena get tagged. Cesaro and Cena exchange shots as the crowd chants for each shots. Goldust gets the tag as he takes out Cesaro and Sandow. The trio retreat as we head to a commercial.

Back from the commercial Cesaro and Cena fight it out. Cesaro hits a huge uppercut on Cena as the three manage to keep Cena within grasp near their corner. They strategically tag in and wear down Cena near their corner. Cena tries to fight back but Swagger holds him and applies the Patriot Lock. Cena counters but gets run down by a clothesline. Cesaro tags in for a 2 count.

Cena then fights off Cesaro with a Hurricanrana but Cesaro hits another huge uppercut to keep Cena under control. Cesaro then tags in Sandow who stops Cena from tagging. He works on Cena’s injured arm as Cena desperately tries to tag. Cena then hits a powerbomb and tags Goldust. Cesaro gets the tag too and is run down by Goldust who hits his regular moves. Swagger tries to interrupt but gets taken out by Cody who hits the disaster kick. Cena finishes Swagger with an AA. Sandow gets in and takes out Cena to the floor. After a bit more drama and chaos Goldust manages to hit the Final Curtain on Cesaro for the win.

Winner: John Cena and The Golden Rhodes

Big Show is seen backstage as Vickie sees this and complains about it to Triple H. Hunter is furious but Stephanie stops him and says she allowed Show in the arena. She says the Board wanted to play the Big Show lawsuit safe for the betterment of the company. Triple H doesn’t look too happy but Stephanie manages to keep him calm. She asks Vickie to call Big Show to the office.

Dolph Ziggler vs Curtis Axel

Decent match with enough back and forth action. The match ended a bit too quickly as it could have been a bit longer. Ziggler hits the Zig Zag for the win.

Winner: Dolph Ziggler

Big Show tells Vickie he will meet the bosses only in the ring.

The Usos vs Drew McIntyre and Heath Slater

The Usos nail the Big Splash on Slater for the win in a dud match.

Winner: The Usos

The Bella Twins and Eva Marie vs AJ Lee, Tamina Snuka and Aksana

After some decent back and forth action The Bella Twins and Eva Marie pick up the win after Eva pins Tamina.

Winner: The Bella Twins and Eva Marie

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon are headed to the ring.

Stephanie asks Big Show to drop the lawsuit to which Show says he has his own set of demands that WWE has to fulfill. Triple H is not really happy but Stephanie insists on listening.

Big Show says its not about the money but about what he believed in and what he loves. He says he wants to perform in front of these people and wants his job back. Stephanie says he has his job back as the crowd start a ‘YES’ chant. Show says he isn’t done and has another little thing.

The Shield walk down the ramp as Big Show questions Triple H’s motives he reminds him of what is at stake as we go into a commercial.

Back from the break Big Show says he wants to be among the big names and wants a shot at the WWE title. He demands a match with Randy Orton for the WWE Title at Survivor Series.

Triple H immediately refuses and asks Show to be content with his job. Show smiles and says he was pleased doing business with the COO and leaves the ring. After a lot of deliberation Triple H asks Show to wait and says he has his match on. Show acts like he hasn’t heard it quite well and asks Triple H to say that clearly three more times. After being satisfied Show wants to shake hands with Hunter who instead takes advantage of Big Show being an employee.

Triple H puts Big Show in a 4 on 1 handicap match against the Shield and Orton.

Big Show vs The Shield and Randy Orton

The four started attacking Show who fought back valiantly. He took out the Shield and then went for Orton but Reigns managed to bring control with a spear. The Shield then dished out some punishment but Big Show countered a double team suplex and started fighting back. He took out Reigns with a chokeslam and threw Rollins and Ambrose out the ring finally finding Orton alone in the ring.

As Show was measuring Orton, Kane‘s music hit and out came the former Big Red Monster in a black suit?? This distracted Show which gave the Shield enough time to regroup and take the attack back on Big Show. After knocking him down with an RKO, Kane tossed in chairs into the ring which the Shield used to destroy Show.

Winner: No Contest

Show is then taken outside the ring and the Shield land a Triple Powerbomb on the commentator’s table which looked hilarious as Show tried to hold onto Roman Reigns with his dear life to stay from falling.

The episode ended with Orton standing tall with his WWE title over Big Show.
