Whatever you can say good about Finn Balor, you can’t possibly defend the fact that he is a huge tease. Long before, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows made their WWE Debut this year, Finn was working the crowd at each and every event with teases about their appearance. And it looks like he is following the same trend with his main roster debut.
In an interesting development just hours before Raw, Finn Balor posted the below pic on his Twitter account and deleted it within minutes.
As you can see, it is a Raw backstage image. Finn tweeting it means that he is backstage at today’s Raw in Tampa. This may be an indication that the long-awaited debut of the longest reigning NXT Champion would take place tonight. But, as with everything Finn does, he deleted the tweet within minutes to let the fans break their heads over the question whether he would debut tonight.
As WWE is nearing the date for its brand split, the returns of various injured stars and the debuts of various NXT call-ups are bound to happen in the upcoming weeks. Last week, at an NXT taping Balor faced Nakamura in a mouth-watering match. With that dream match in NXT done, there is no other Superstar on the roster for Balor to face currently. This might mean that Finn Balor may well debut tonight.
Within few hours, we will find out whether Finn will actually debut on the main roster tonight or this another one of Finn’s illustrious teases. But, several sources confirm that Finn Balor is indeed backstage at Raw tonight. Let’s hope that we get to watch the Demon debut tonight.
