WWE is making sure WrestleMania 33 goes down as the greatest of all time

Will the dream match come to fruition?

The reclusive Undertaker made a surprise appearance last night at the NBA season opener between Cleveland Cavaliers and The New York Knicks at the Quicken Loans Arena in his trademark in-ring attire.

The deadman put to rest all rumours of him being on crutches as he looked to be in good shape while interacting with the players and fans. According to Anthony Dimoro of Forbes, Undertaker is all set to wrestle at his stomping grounds, WrestleMania. Previous reports of Undertaker being unable to compete at the show of shows can be put to rest and the prevailing question is this: who will the Deadman face at WrestleMania 33?

A new name has been doing the rounds and that man is none other than Goldberg himself and according to Dimoro’s report, WWE is pushing for a match between the two legends at the grandest stage of them all on Orlando, Florida.

Goldberg’s monumental return to the WWE has set up an announced rematch against Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series. WWE wants the WCW legend to stick around for one more match, and while initial speculation pointed out to Roman Reigns being the man to face Goldberg at WrestleMania in a battle of spears, Undertaker’s name has suddenly reached the drawing boards.

As far as The Undertaker’s opponent is concerned, the earlier candidate was supposed to be John Cena, but considering WWE’s plans of having Cena tie Flair's record of 16 world championships, the plans may have been revamped altogether.

Undertaker’s last WrestleMania match at the 32nd edition ending with a long-lasting picture of Shane O’Mac’s death-defying leap of faith from the top of the Hell In A Cell. Here are the highlights from the match, in case you want to relive the moment:

The rumour mills currently indicate a Goldberg vs Undertaker match at WrestleMania, a dream match would surely sell out the Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida.
