Looks like the WWE’s newest couple isn’t a couple anymore.
It was reported recently that Paige and Alberto Del Rio were seeing each other socially, and while the pairing did seem a tad unexpected, the concept of pro-wrestlers dating one another is something that we have become accustomed to.
But all good things, it would seem, come to an end.
Wrestlingrumours.net reports that Paige and Del Rio weren’t happy about being drafted to different brands and that this may end up costing them their relationship. Paige was drafted to Raw while Del Rio went to the Blue brand.
It is also suggestive that Paige took down all the posts on her Instagram to do with Del Rio.
Of course, there is also a chance that the Superstars could have just done this in order to avert the attention that their off-screen relationship was garnering, thereby letting them focus completely on their in-ring careers.
Paige and Del Rio were reportedly arrested sometime last month for what was initially touted to be a domestic violence incident, although it late came to light that there was no such thing involved and that they were merely taken into precautionary custody for reacting to a heckling fan.
