Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins has called it quits with his girlfriend and ex-NXT star Zahra Schreiber, ending a year-long relationship according toreports allwrestlingnews.com.
Rollins is currently sidelined with a serious knee injury he suffered during a match with Kane in Ireland last November, which is set to keep him on the sidelines for up to nine months. The injury even forced Rollins to surrender his WWE World Heavyweight Championship after a 220-day reign.
The 29-year-old’s relationship with Schreiber was out in the open after nude photos of the latter surfaced on Rollins’ social media accounts, which was automatically republished by WWE. Rollins later apologized for the photos, which he claimed were published without his consent.
Schreiber also boasts of a chequered past, with the former NXT star fired from WWE in disgrace after fans uncovered racist content from her social media account which dated back a few years.
With his status now firmly single, Rollins will probably want to take his mind off the breakup by concentrating of reclaiming his Heavyweight trophy, which he vowed he would do while accepting a Slammy Award for Superstar of the Year last December.
