Analysis

Sheamus and Ziggler officially announced they will face at Extreme Rules. There have been some conflicting reports in regards to the possible ‘kiss my ass’ stipulation but hopefully it doesn’t happen.

The Miz/Mizdow have announced another match on Raw in which the winner will get the ‘Miz’ gimmick. This seems to be a big turning point in their feud and could be better served to happen at Extreme Rules. Hopefully, the two will still actually get a match at Extreme Rules and the upcoming Raw bout may simply be a way to bring back the Sandow name.

Unfortunately for Natalya and Alicia, they both lost to a far less talented performer in Cameron. However, it’s likely this result will lead nowhere.

Big Show and Reigns officially now have a match at Extreme Rules much to displeasure of many. Hopefully, the Last Man Standing stipulation will create a more interesting bout.

It will be interesting to see whether WWE decide to play the footage of the men entering the ring as it was actually made for some entertaining viewing, but they will most likely edit it out which is a shame.

The main event tag team bout is sure to be very entertaining and fun to watch. The tag champs lose another non-title match but hopefully the bout will show off their immense talent working with two mega stars in Cena and Bryan.

The Extreme Rules PPV is drawing closer and this week’s episode of Smackdown served to officially set up a few more matches for the event.
