WWE News: Sting reveals how he would like to retire

Sting before his match with Triple H at WrestleMania 31

Since joining WWE in late 2014, the Icon Sting has wrestled only 2 matches, unfortunately losing on both occasions. Sting suffered a neck injury in his match with Seth Rollins at Night of Champions for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and due to the injury, Sting was ruled out to compete at this year’s WrestleMania.

Sting will be inducted into WWE Hall of Fame class of 2016 by his perennial rival Ric Flair. There were several rumors going around that Sting may announce his retirement soon, but those rumors were nullified by Sting himself as he said that he may compete again.

During an interview with Crave Online, Sting was asked how he would like to end his professional wrestling career.

To this question, Sting responded by saying, “I want that dream match with Undertaker. I’ve been outspoken about that. The whole world knows that I’ve always wanted to do that so it would be kind of cool to go out like that.”

While the said match is on the wish list of a majority of fans, many think WWE may not book the match as its just too late. But in pro wrestling, anything is possible! You never know, Sting and The Undertaker may collide at WrestleMania 33 if WWE sees the potential.
