But now his interest is growing on him. This may lead to better booking for Kevin Owens in the future.
After ruling the independent wrestling circuit for years, Sami Zayn was approached with a WWE contract in January, 2013. Zayn made his NXT debut on May and a year later he won the NXT Championship. The prize-fighter Kevin Owens made his NXT debut, the same day Zayn won the belt.
Whether it is the indies or NXT, or in the main roster, Owens and Zayn's rivalry has always sold out. The former ROH Tag Team Champions are now focused to win the MITB briefcase at the upcoming PPV.
