WWE WrestleMania 32 rumours: Change in the main event? Paul Heyman talks about Dean Ambrose

Triple H vs Roman Reigns, WrestleMania 32

WrestleMania 32 is on the verge of becoming a big disaster and the WWE is pulling out all the stops to avoid this as this could blow their ratings could never take, one of which is to change the main event of WrestleMania 32.

The rejection of Roman Reigns by a majority of the fanbase has derailed the WWE’s plans for WrestleMania. Moreover, the simmering resentment towards Reigns’ push has left the main event to be a sour spot of discussion among the WWE fans.

Last week’s RAW saw fans boo a projected babyface out of the building and this has caused worry in the top management circles of WWE.

As a result, the WWE has decided to change the main event of WrestleMania 32. Though it has not been officially announced yet, the speculation at the end of Thursday is that Shane McMahon vs The Undertaker will close the show instead of the projected Triple H vs Roman Reigns bout.

The WWE will hope that this change of plan could reduce the crowd’s resentment towards Roman Reigns’ push. Roman Reigns could become another Lex Luger, whose push to be the face of the WWE ended in failure not once but twice and if this happens Roman Reigns’ career may never recover.

On another update, Paul Heyman talked with The Wrap regarding his client’s upcoming streetfight against Dean Ambrose. The king of promos talked candidly about the upcoming match claiming that Dean Ambrose will be a hero at the end of the match.

“I think Dean Ambrose will emerge as one of the greatest heroes of modern-day WWE, simply based on the severity of the beating he will absorb at the hands of Brock Lesnar,”

When asked about his other client CM Punk, who is on bad terms with the WWE, Heyman replied, “I don’t think he’s asked to be welcomed back, and I don’t think WWE is of the opinion that Punk wants to come back. And I think Punk’s attitude at this moment is to validate their theory.”
