I think Paul’s game would fit with the Pistons better than Westbrook. It seems like eons ago, but Paul and Griffin were good together with the Clippers and you would expect the chemistry to play with the Pistons.

Paul is set to earn more than $124 million over the next three seasons and is coming off a season in which he averaged 15.6 points, 8.2 assists, and 4.6 rebounds.

Despite the Washington Wizards' ongoing struggles, the franchise remains keen to sign Bradley Beal to a longer contract. Beal has two years existing on his current deal, and ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that the Wizards will offer him a new three-year contract on Friday:

Washington Wizards general manager Tommy Sheppard will offer guard Bradley Beal a three-year, $111 million maximum contract extension upon the All-Star becoming eligible to sign on Friday.

Beal has until October 21st to sign the extension, and ESPN's report states that it is unlikely that the Wizards will trade Beal if he snubs their latest offer.

With John Wall expected to miss the entire 19-20 season, Washington's prospects of making the postseason appear doubtful. However, the franchise still views the 26-year-old Beal as an important part of their future.

Duncan also formed part of a legendary trio with Parker and Ginobili, which yielded title wins in 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2014. The center also won a championship back in 1999, taking his tally to five.
