AJ Styles helps him up and embraces him, handing him the US title. He raises his hand and they embrace. But Ricochet knows that it won't be friendly for too long.

Ricochet gets Styles down with a lionsault but comes close to pinning him. Styles out of nowhere gets the Phenomenal Forearm and pins the US Champion!

It looks like AJ Styles is the defacto #1 contender for the United States title

The way AJ Styles adapts to different situations on the fly is incredible. Ricochet tries to get a quick pin but Styles escapes. Styles lands a series of strikes, topping it off with a clothesline, but it isn't enough!

Styles gets an inverted DDT out of nowhere. Holy!

Ricochet gets taken out with a spinning backfist but somehow gets an enziguri. This is awesome!

Ricochet strikes Styles with chest slaps and Ricochet then hits an enziguri followed by a hurricanrana. He hits a standing shooting star press but it's not enough!

Ricochet has AJ Styles in a headlock. Ricochet tries to show his technical prowess as well. AJ Styles is still controlling the pace, but Ricochet keeps fighting back! Ricochet hits a suicide dive outside the ring

Gallows & Anderson are ringside. Styles asks why they're ringside. Styles tells Gallows & Anderson that the match isn't going to start again until they leave.

What a test this is going to be for the new United States Champion. Already dueling chants to start off!

The two start locking up and Ricochet attempts a kip-up, but Styles takes him down to the mat. Absolutely brilliant.

Bliss takes control but Natalya counters her with a backdrop and a suplex. She hits another suplex, seemingly ragdolling her. Bliss fights out of a sharpshooter and tags Nikki Cross in. Cross throws Natalya into Naomi and knocks her donwn. Cross hits the running bulldog but doesn't get the pin. Nikki Cross is all pumped and she hits a crossbody on Natalya. Natalya drives Cross into her corner, all while allowing Nikki to do the work. Nikki hits her neckbreaker finisher and Bliss comes in and pins Natalya.

Nikki Cross jumps on Natalya's back but the veteran slings her down and hits a clothesline. Natalya pushes Cross towards her corner, allowing Bliss to tag in.

Alexa Bliss starts the post-match attack and urges Nikki Cross to strike. A reluctant Cross just shoves her down and Natalya runs in. Cross and Bliss escape the ring while Natalya helps Naomi up

Naomi does a split leg and avoids Bliss' charge. Bliss knocks her down and Naomi trips her down. Naomi hits a baseball sldie to take out Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss uses the distraction to finish Naomi.

Referees come to help Kingston but Joe comes out and chokes him out. What on earth?!

Samoa Joe attacks Kofi Kingston from behind. WHAT!? Joe throws him into the LED and then swings him into it. He hits a urinage on the ground. Is Joe the next WWE title contender?

Kingston lands SOS on the steel. Kofi Kingston runs into the ring and wins by countout!

Zayn tries to throw him out but Kingston counters and hits a suicide dive on both of them!

Kevin Owens tries to make quick work of Kofi Kingston. He hits a splash but Kofi's knees go up. He assaults Kinston outside the ring and nearly hits an apron powerbomb, but Kingston flips him over.

Kevin Owens goads Kofi Kingston into another match to prove himself.

Kofi neutralizes Zayn via a stomp to the chest. They both get up around the same time. Kofi Kingston jumps on the rope but gets caught with a kick. However, Kofi Kingston cleverly reverses and pins Zayn on the nick of time!

Sami Zayn drops Kofi with a michinoku driver and Sami came close. He's visibly frustrated

The crowd is fully behind Kofi. Zayn lands an exploder suplex on the turnbuckle.

After the break, Sami Zayn tries to regroup. Kofi Kingston is beating him down but Zayn manages to stun him via the ropes, as Kevin Owens takes cheapshots outside the ring.

Sami Zayn tells Kofi Kingston that he needs a dose of reality and who better to give it than good ol' Sami Zayn?

Kofi Kingston says that it's not about ego, but perseverance. He says he's tired of hearing Zayn talk

Kofi Kingston hits back at Zayn's accusation that he needs Xavier and Big E to win. Kofi hits back, stating that he beat Owens at MITB all by myself. He beat Zayn all by himself and he beat Ziggler all by himself. Zayn hits back, calling Kofi delusional.

Kofi asks a question of his own. He asks Owens if he knows he has a zit on the side of his head that's bleeding. Sami Zayn asks why Kofi is such a paper champion

Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn are out and they interrupt Charly Caruso's interview.

Q1: Why are you here?
Q2: Who do you think you are?
Q3: Why don't you just get the hell out of here...MAN!

What a whirlwind! Backstage, Ricochet vows to do what it takes to be a true champion

Heath Slater & Mojo are scheduled for a tag team match, but suddenly R-Truth comes running, while people are behind him. The match is cancelled and Heath Slater pins Truth.

Heath Slater def. R-Truth to become the NEW 24/7 Champion

Moments later, Truth pins him to become an 8-time champion

R-Truth def. Heath Slater to become the NEW 24/7 Champion

Cedric Alexander runs in and hits the lumbar check, winning the title.

As he makes his run, EC3 catches him and finishes him outside the ring. EC3 IS CHAMPION!

Carmella tugs the title from him and R-Truth pins him. 9-time! 9-time!

R-Truth def. EC3 to become the NEW 24/7 Champion!

Nikki Cross is backstage talking with Natalya and Naomi. The two of them warn Nikki Cross that Alexa Bliss isn't to be trusted. Alexa Bliss confronts them and Naomi tells Natalya to let Cross learn the hard way. She then vows to make Alexa Bliss feel the glow later tonight.

Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross are backstage. Cross apologizes to Bliss, but Bliss tells her to use it as motivation. She tells Cross to come up with a plan to get a rematch

Erik tags in when Ivar runs the ropes and Ivar launches himself into Gallows. Back in the ring, the Viking Raiders finish them in style.

Karl Anderson tags back in. Corey Graves describes his punches as "Machine Gun-like hands". Good reference there.

Anderson says "See that AJ?", but gets taken down. Ivar tags in and flattens Anderson before sending Gallows out.

Gallows & Anderson start strong, with Karl Anderson landing a thunderous lariat to Erik. Gallows has Erik locked in and AJ Styles looks on anxiously backstage.

AJ Styles is being interviewed and is asked why his first challenge upon returning. He's interrupted by the Congo Line and sees Gallows & Anderson a part of it. He once again questions their intensity, asking why they're not being serious. They get into an argument but Gallows & Anderson vow to prove him wrong against The Viking Raiders.

Lashley looks like he's just about to pull Strowman over the line, but Strowman only smiles and tugs Lashley all the way. Lashley gets pulled into him and attacks him right away.

Lashley sends him into the ringpost and uses the rope to place around his forehead, pulling it aggressively. Lashley charges outside but Strowman knocks him down. When he takes a moment to regroup, Lashley attacks him from behind.
