Joe Rogan vs. Conor McGregor: Who has a higher net worth?

Joe Rogan and Conor McGregor have recently had a public back-and-forth over comments the podcaster made about the Irishman's alleged steroid usage on the JRE podcast. But which sports personality has the highest net worth?

Despite McGregor being on the receiving end of scrutiny by Rogan, it's the Irishman who has the highest net worth between the two celebrities. 'The Notorious' currently has a net worth of $200 million according to celebritynetworth.com, with the website stating Rogan's net worth is $120 million.

Much of the Irishman's wealth comes from his amazing fighting career, dabbling in boxing and dominating the MMA world despite losing multiple bouts in the UFC. McGregor is also business savvy, launching the highly successful Proper 12 whiskey brand and selling the company for $600 million dollars in total.

Joe Rogan's incredible wealth was given a big boost by Spotify's exclusive deal to license the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast. The New York Times states that the licensing deal is said to be worth $200 million dollars.

The podcaster is also a life-long martial arts fan and practitioner, which aids in his other revenue stream when commentating for the UFC. Rogan usually covers the majority of American-based pay-per-view events for the organization.

Rogan had previously stated on the JRE podcast that McGregor looked like "his piss would melt that USADA cup" while speaking about the Irishman's body. However, the former two-weight UFC champion didn't take kindly to these claims and hit back at the podcaster on Twitter.

In a since-deleted tweet, Conor McGregor hit back at Joe Rogan after the podcaster had seemingly accused the UFC fighter of using steroids since leaving the USADA testing pool:

"Joe looks like his piss melts his knickers, in the company that long and never took a fight hahaha @ufc oh tae kwon do competition, call the cops hahahahaah"

Conor McGregor hasn't fought in the UFC since suffering his second defeat in a row against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021. He is also currently outside the USADA testing pool.
